SPEKVA produces worktops of exceptional high quality. Hand-selected solid wood is assembled with a special technique that ensures extra-long durability, and each worktop is inspected no less than nine times before leaving the workshop.
Therefore, on worktops in the Prima, Classic, and Royal constructions, we can offer up to 30 years warranty against product and production defects. Naturally, this is under the condition of correct adherence to our installation and maintenance instructions.*
To ensure the absolute best care of your SPEKVA worktop, we recommend using SPEKVA’s own products for maintaining the worktop. Care oil, etc., can be purchased at info@trademarkagencies.com
Conditions for Warranty Claims
a) There must be a warranty case before a claim can be made. A warranty case exists if the product is demonstrably not free of material, manufacturing, or construction defects.
b) The end customer must have the original invoice with the purchase date.
c) Warranty claims must be made in writing immediately, but no later than 1 month after the defect was discovered and within the warranty period.
The claim must be made to the dealer where the end customer purchased the worktop.
All legitimate complaints will be remedied without charge. Unnecessary or unjustified service visits may result in billing. Our service technicians will, if possible, offer to remedy an unjustified complaint for a fee, but not without prior acceptance. SPEKVA does not cover consequential costs in the event of delays or as a result of defects in the delivered goods.

*For other products and integrated accessory products, such as sinks and sink accessories, a 2-year warranty is generally provided. There is no warranty on boards with mitred joints, boards that have been altered or removed after delivery, or resold display boards.
